What did you like best about our service?
Obviously the quick drying time of 1-2 hours is a huge plus. The communication this franchise has is a testament to their professionalism. My appointment time was anywhere from 10am-1pm, and shortly after 10am I received a call from the office to let me know they were running behind. I was offered to reschedule for another day or have a later time between 2 & 4. I chose the later time. No big deal to me. Then around 12:15pm the technician, Christopher, gave me a call to let me know he was on the way and how long it would take. Turns out he arrived just before 1pm within the original time frame that was scheduled. Top notch communication!
What could we have done to make your experience even better?
I worked for a ChemDry franchise in the Charleston area of South Carolina for 13 years, so needless to say I know the process and have pretty high standards. The technician assigned to the job, Christopher, he’s as good as it gets. He did an excellent job and was easy to talk with. Having the background in the industry as I do. The highest compliment I can give, other than his high quality of work, is that I would feel comfortable scheduling an appointment, knowing he would be the technician, leave a key for him to let himself in, do the job, and lock up without anyone other than himself at the house.
